Go to Blogger.comhomepage and click on the "Get Started" button Enter your Gmail acount details (your gmail address and pasword) and then press "Sign in" Enter the name you want to appear on your blog - check the "Agree to Terms and Conditions" Click on the "New Blog" button Enter your blog title and the address of your new blog, choose a template (Simple Template is more easily to customize, so i recommend you to choose this one) then click on "Create Blog!"
